Having such a broad spectrum of experience, across many sectors of the caring industry has proven an invaluable learning for me. I have gained great insight into the dynamics of groups, leadership styles and the difficulties that can so easily arise within teams, organisations and between individuals.
The most productive teams I have worked with have most definitely been those where individuals knew their roles well and felt valued for their efforts.
I believe cognitive behavioural therapy techniques and strategies can be applied successfully to enhance any business model. It can help improve moral, motivation and the productivity of the workforce. It can also be utilised to compliment the service a business may offer it's customers.
I have a passion for fascilitating positive change within an individual or team. It's a natural fascination for me and as such something I love to do.
