"The Management Standards define the characteristics, or culture, of an organisation where the risks from work related stress are being effectively managed and controlled." HSE, 2013.
We can provide informal advice and support how to implement the Management Standards approach in your organisation (ie provide links and share our understanding and experience) . However, our expertise is in delivering training packages which are mostly of a psychological nature.
We advise our clients to complete the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) Stress Risk Assessments prior to sessions. They are especially useful as they encompass benchmarked data on all factors which are known to contribute to work related stress.
